This historic cottage built in 1903 is one of the few left in Muskoka and speaks of a past era. Sitting near
the water's edge it begs for someone to restore it to its original glory.

There is a covered porch and lovely screened veranda overlooking the lake. The land itself offers superb privacy, sunset exposure, wide open lake views, gently sloping to level lot, shallow sandy shoreline and deep water. The dock is oversized and used to be one of the docks where the steamships stopped to deliver their passengers. It needs some repairs too.

There was an old boathouse on cribs that has recently been taken down but the Township says the footprint can be used to rebuild. This site would also be ideal to build a dream cottage.
