Villa 8 (Spruce Villa) is an end unit luxury townhouse style Villa with two spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You would own one core week (for this fractional unit it's Week 3 in the summer) + you would 'pick' 4 more floating weeks each September for the following year. Villa 8 is a pet-free unit.

Maintenance fees for 2021 are $ 5,508.75 inclusive of HST. There is one remaining week in 2020 for this unit: November 22. The weeks run from Sunday to Sunday. Weeks for 2021 are: January 10, May 2, July (week 3), September 26, December 12. Weeks can be rented out or traded through the Registry Collection (theregistrycollection.com) for other luxury locations around the world. Villa 8 is an end unit and has a direct view of Lake of Bays.
