Susan has successfully completed the Ontario Real Estate Association's certificate courses and is a fully qualified Broker. As well as serving on the Professional Standards Committee for the Muskoka & Haliburton of Realtors, Susan has attained the professional designation of MVA (Market Value Appraiser) and is qualified to complete formal appraisals. The MVA designation is widely accepted by the legal profession, courts and most financial institutions.

Her primary focus is waterfront cottages and recreational properties in the Huntsville/Lake of Bays area but she is also active in residential & condominium sales.
